Registration forms must have all player information at time of registration, no substitutions allowed. You may only play on one roster. Divisions are decided by tournament staff. Must be at least 18 years and older to register or Parent/Legal Guardian.

All entry forms MUST have at LEAST 3 players listed with FULL required information provided. Maximum 6 players allowed on a roster. No refunds for teams with less than 3 players at start of game(s).
