Captain's Meeting: Wednesday July 28th, 7:30 at Thirsty Lion (get directions).

Registration forms must have all player information at time of registration. Completed signed waiver forms, final payent and final roster due at Captain's Meeting. You may only play on one roster. Must be at least 18 years and older to register.

All entry forms MUST have at LEAST 4 players listed with FULL information. Maximum of 6 players allowed per roster.
