BY AGREEING TO THE BELOW CONDITIONS, I WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS INTO THE OPERATION UNDERGROUND SOCCER EVENT.
You must agree to the following liability I agree to the following
I will not start any fights, engage in any altercations, or involve myself with any inappropriate verbal or physical assaults towards any player. If doing so, I am aware that I will, as well as my whole team, ejected from the tournament and from the premises. Additionally, I am aware that any fighting or retaliating is grounds for prosecution or charges filed against me since we are playing on private property.

I am aware there is a zero tolerance for fighting policy in full effect. Any form of participation, wether it be verbal or physical, instigating or retaliating, will be grounds for immediate team ejection from the tournament.

I am aware that at least one member of my team must attend the MANDATORY Captains meeting or we will not be able to play in the tournament. I am also aware that there will be no refund of my team registration if my team gets disqualified due to no representation at the mandatory Captains meeting.

I am aware that payment must be made in full prior by the registration deadline and no payment on the day of the event is permitted. If there is no confirmation of payment received, then my team will not be able to play in the tourney.

I am aware that the team's roster is frozen after registration and i will not be able to add a player without the permission of the Team Coordinator. Doing so will be cause for disqualification from the tourney.

I will not consume any alcohol from the beer garden on premise while still an active team in the tournament. Upon elimination, I am free to partake in the beer garden, but only after elimination of the tournament. Should I be caught drinking,and still in contention and play, my whole team will be ejected from the tournament.
